For councils & care professionals
A clear, considered route to person-centred care and support.
A practical point of contact
Ayub Dirsche, Operations Manager, is your initial contact for commissioning, professional referrals and partnership enquiries. We welcome enquiries from local authorities, social workers, care coordinators and discharge teams.
Services and client groups
We consider home care, live-in care and community outreach packages for older people and adults with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. More complex requirements, double-up visits and moving and handling support require an individual assessment and suitable staff.
Where we work
We welcome enquiries from Slough, West Berkshire, Wokingham, Windsor & Maidenhead and Buckinghamshire. Coverage depends on the location, travel arrangements, visit pattern and required skills.
Check current capacity
Contact us for a current capacity check. Availability can change and this website does not guarantee a place or a mobilisation timescale. For an urgent discharge, please telephone so we can consider the assessment, information and staffing needed.
The essentials,
in one place.
Prepare a first enquiry with the service, postcode area, proposed hours and desired start date. We confirm suitability, assessment arrangements and current capacity before accepting a package.
Keep the initial enquiry non-identifying. We will agree how to share care plans, risk information and other referral documents.
What helps us assess a proposed package
Start with the area, proposed visit pattern or live-in arrangement, indicative support needs, desired start date and your professional contact details. We will agree a suitable route for the care plan, risk information, funding arrangements and other referral documents.
Our referral process
We review the enquiry, clarify the person’s needs and preferences, consider risks and staffing, and arrange an assessment where appropriate. We confirm acceptance, costs, funding and start arrangements before delivering the agreed support.
Nanny Care Services Ltd is CQC registered to provide personal care. The current published overall rating is Requires improvement. Read our provider improvement update and published CQC profile.
Keeping communication clear
As part of each package, we agree which professionals will be involved, how reviews will be arranged and who to contact. Funding, invoicing responsibilities and reporting expectations should be clarified before the service starts.
Discuss a referral
Share your professional contact details and a brief, non-identifying overview. We will agree a suitable channel for referral documents and personal information.
