Our commitment to
continuous improvement

View the published CQC report ↗

Our latest CQC inspection report was published on 23 November 2022, following inspection visits on 8, 9 and 16 September 2022. We took the findings seriously and used them to guide a structured programme of improvement.

Since that inspection, we have completed our improvement action plan and implemented changes across the service. These include stronger governance and management oversight, enhanced quality assurance, staff training and support, and greater staffing stability and continuity. Our approach centres on personalised care planning, regular reviews and clear communication with the people we support, their families and the professionals involved in their care.

We are awaiting CQC re-inspection and remain focused on sustaining these improvements in everyday practice. Our aim is to deliver safe, respectful and responsive care that protects dignity, promotes independence and reflects each person’s needs, preferences and goals.

We welcome enquiries from local authorities, commissioning teams and private clients. Every proposed package is considered through an individual assessment, with support agreed according to the person’s needs and our capacity to deliver it safely and consistently. Please contact us to discuss our current service arrangements and how we can support you or the person you are referring.

This is an update from Nanny Care Services Ltd on the changes we have made. Our current published CQC rating remains Requires improvement pending CQC reassessment.
