Your family, understood

Professional care.
A personal connection.

Choosing someone to care for your child is a personal decision. We listen to what matters to you: a gentle approach, familiar routines, clear communication and someone your child can grow comfortable with.

We bring the same thoughtful, professional approach to our children’s service that families value in our adult care work, while keeping childcare arrangements distinct and centred on children’s wellbeing.

Our nanny services

A helping hand for every family rhythm.

Choose the arrangement that suits your household. We agree the hours, responsibilities and practical details with you before care begins.

01 / PERSONALISED SUPPORT

Private Nannies

A familiar face, a thoughtful routine.

Our private nanny service provides childcare in your own home, shaped around your child’s age, personality and interests. We take time to understand your family’s routines, parenting choices and the qualities you would value in a nanny.

Agreed duties can include age-appropriate play, preparing children’s meals and snacks, personal hygiene routines, organising play areas and supporting rest or bedtime. Outings, collections and activities are discussed with you in advance.

Ideal for: Families seeking individual attention and childcare that fits naturally into home life.

02 / LIVING WITH YOUR FAMILY

Live-in Nannies

Consistency at the heart of home life.

A live-in nanny lives in your home and provides childcare during agreed working hours. This arrangement can help families maintain familiar morning, after-school and evening routines while building a consistent relationship with their children.

We discuss your schedule, accommodation, privacy, duties and time off before the arrangement begins. Living in does not mean being available around the clock: overnight duties, additional hours and any changes are agreed separately.

Ideal for: Families who can provide suitable accommodation and want an ongoing childcare arrangement.

03 / REGULAR DAYTIME CARE

Full-time Nannies

A steady rhythm for busy family weeks.

Our full-time nanny service offers regular childcare across an agreed weekly schedule. It is suited to families who need dependable support through the working week, with care planned around children’s routines and parents’ commitments.

The day may include meals, creative activities, outdoor play, rest times and age-appropriate learning through play. School runs, homework support and child-related practical tasks can be included where agreed. We discuss how you would like to receive updates.

Ideal for: Families needing consistent childcare for substantial, regular hours each week.

04 / FLEXIBLE WEEKLY ROUTINES

Part-time Nannies

The support you need, when you need it.

A part-time nanny provides care on agreed days or for shorter periods during the week. This can complement nursery or school, support parents working part-time or provide extra help during particular parts of the day.

Arrangements may include morning preparation, agreed school collections, after-school activities, children’s meals and settling into evening routines. We discuss term-time and school-holiday requirements so that responsibilities and availability are clear.

Ideal for: Families looking for selected days, shorter hours or regular wraparound childcare.

A few useful answers

Your questions, answered.

Are your nannies registered with Ofsted?

Yes. All nannies we provide are registered with Ofsted on the voluntary part of the Childcare Register. Registration relates to the individual nanny; it is separate from our adult care service’s CQC registration.

Can you follow our child’s existing routine?

We discuss your routines, meals, rest times, parenting choices and preferred activities during the assessment. The agreed arrangement sets out how these will be supported.

Does a live-in nanny provide 24-hour care?

No. A live-in nanny has agreed working hours, rest periods and time off. Any overnight duties or additional hours must be discussed and agreed separately.

Can you support a child with additional needs?

Please discuss your child’s needs with us. We consider each enquiry individually and confirm whether we have the appropriate experience and capacity before accepting an arrangement.

Which areas do you cover?

We welcome enquiries across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London, including Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead. Availability depends on your location and the hours required.
